Boat trip to Blasewitz and a new outdoor area for the family house
The secunauts of the "Dresden Trip Project" took children from the 117th elementary school on an exciting, long-desired boat trip along the Elbe River to the Blasewitz Forest Park. Once there, they gymnastics, swung, rocked, romped and played together on the playground in the most beautiful sunshine. At the picnic, everyone was able to regain their strength before returning by train. Both on water and on land, the children had seen and experienced a lot - their shining eyes left no one untouched: So this day left joy in the hearts of all participants!

The garden at the family house in the Heidehof Clinic was to become more beautiful, more inspiring and more comfortable for the patients and their children. No problem for the highly motivated "Hands-On-Team" from Dresden! Already in the run-up, YouTube tutorials were watched, lots of tools were gathered and dragged in for the project.
Under the supervision of the janitor, some of the secunauts - supported by many children's hands - built a sun awning and a table, two seating lounges, an armchair and a raised bed out of wooden pallets. At the same time, the other part of the team cleared the garden beds from weeds and bushes and replanted them. As a special highlight, the team also created a barefoot path in the garden. As a thank you, at the end of the day there was a barbecue and a poster beautifully designed by the patients - joy shared is joy doubled!
