Confirmation of the counting of votes in accordance with section 129 (5) sentence 1 AktG
In accordance with Section 129 (5) sentence 1 AktG, the person voting may request confirmation from the company within one month of the day of the Annual General Meeting as to whether and how their vote was counted. Such a request can be sent by email to secunet@linkmarketservices.eu.
