Annual General Meeting 2026

The Annual General Meeting of secunet Security Networks AG will take place on Monday, 8 June 2026, at 10:00 am (CEST), at the Philharmonie Essen Conference Centre, in the ‘NATIONAL-BANK Pavillon’ hall, Huyssenallee 53, 45128 Essen, as an in-person general meeting.

There are currently no countermotions.

Confirmation of the vote count pursuant to section 129 (5) sentence 1 AktG:

Pursuant to section 129 (5) sentence 1 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the person voting may request confirmation from the company within one month of the day of the Annual General Meeting as to whether and how his or her vote was counted. A request to this effect may be sent by e-mail to secunet@meet2vote.de.
