SINA at the BKG - working securely in all situations

The Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) is the central service provider of topographic data, cartography, and geodetic reference systems for the German government.With their work, the employees of the BKG provide the basis for functioning navigation systems by collecting and regularly checking reliable geoinformation.

Thanks to the implemented SINA solutions, 400 employees can work securely and flexibly from anywhere: The SINA Workstation S is a VSA-compliant workstation that employees from the research department can use in the office, in the mobile office or on the road when travelling or attending specialist conferences. Together with the VPN gateways SINA L3 Boxes S, a secure connection to the BKG is established and the processed data is transmitted securely.
