Process classified information up to ‘VS-NfD’ level in the cloud without the need for an in-house data centre
secunet is providing SINA Cloud as a Service, the first cloud infrastructure capable of handling classified information as an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offering. The service is aimed at public authorities and companies handling classified information, and meets the requirements for an approval to process classified information up to the German level ‘VS-NUR FÜR DEN DIENSTGEBRAUCH’ (VS-NfD), which is comparable to international ‘RESTRICTED’ classification levels.

The secunet subsidiary SysEleven has been certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for ISO 27001 on the basis of IT-Grundschutz (IT baseline protection). This perfectly complements the existing compliance package of C5 testing and international (native) ISO 27001 certification.

The certification makes it much easier for SysEleven customers to migrate their workloads from other SCS-compliant cloud providers to SysEleven.
