Change in the Management Board of secunet Security Networks AG: Jessica Nospers succeeds Thomas Pleines as CFO

In addition to Group Finance and Controlling, Jessica Nospers is responsible for the areas of compliance, data protection, purchasing, facility management, investor relations, sustainability, legal and risk management, which are bundled in her department. She has many years of experience in the areas of M&A and auditing. Before joining secunet, she was Group Director Finance at Hengst SE and Group CFO at fernao group GmbH.

"With Jessica Nospers, we are gaining an experienced finance manager," said Dr Ralf Wintergerst, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of secunet Security Networks AG, explaining the decision. "Her expertise will be a valuable support in working on and realising secunet's strategic goals."

The Supervisory Board and the members of the Management Board of secunet Security Networks AG would like to thank Thomas Pleines for his many years of commitment and his great personal dedication, with which he has shaped the company for more than two decades.

Since 1 June 2024, the Management Board of secunet Security Networks AG has thus consisted of Axel Deininger (CEO), Torsten Henn (COO), Dr Kai Martius (CTO) and Jessica Nospers (CFO).
