The offering is aimed at public authorities, armed forces, and companies with particularly stringent security requirements. It is also being developed to process information that are classified as VS-NfD (classified – for official use only).
The service will be delivered as part of the secunet cloud portfolio in data centers in Germany. secunet will be responsible for the operations in a sovereign environment with stringent operational and access processes. In this way, secunet provides access to leading-edge technology with local controls - connecting AI, data, workflows and security on the ServiceNow AI Platform - to organizations with very high security and regulatory requirements.
“Organizations in the public sector and companies with stringent security requirements need to scale automation without giving up control over their data,” says Robert Rosellen, Vice President Sales and Country Manager Germany. “Working with secunet, we can bring the ServiceNow AI Platform into a sovereign partner cloud environment operated in Germany, so these organizations can automate critical processes within the controls and legal framework they require.”
“Digital sovereignty means being able to use modern technology under your own control,” says Marc-Julian Siewert, CEO of secunet. “Together with ServiceNow, we are bringing powerful digital workflows into a sovereign environment operated by secunet. This enables public authorities and companies to benefit from automated AI workflows, even under the most demanding security requirements.”
The offering is expected to be available during 2027.
