SINA users come together with SINA experts

[Essen / Bonn, June 17, 2009] The 7th SINA Users’ Day was once again attended by record numbers of participants. More than 150 visitors took secunet Security Networks AG up on its invitation to the Beethoven Hall in Bonn. Everything at this two-day event focused on secure inter-network architecture (SINA). SINA is the IT high-security platform for modifying, storing, transmitting and documenting classified information and other sensitive data. SINA has been in successful use for many years by authorities and the armed forces in particular.

The SINA Users' Day has been successfully established as a place for the SINA community to meet: The exchange of experiences and direct contact between administrators, users and developers is extremely productive for everyone. The increase in the number of participants makes it clear that we are meeting the needs of our customers with this forum and with our products," explained Dr. Kai Martius, head of the High-Security division at secunet.

The SINA Users' Day is held once a year and is geared toward administrators and users of SINA systems. Representatives of government agencies and companies report about their day-to-day experiences with SINA as part of the presentation series. secunet also presents SINA products from its current product portfolio and shows how SINA will develop in the future. The event traditionally concludes with a podium discussion which the participants actively took part in this year.
