secunet Security Networks AG: Dr. Peter Zattler new chairman of the supervisory board
[Essen, 16 March 2005] In the course of the supervisory board meeting of secunet Security Networks AG on 8 March 2005, Dr. Peter Zattler was elected new chairman of the supervisory board. The outgoing chairman, Mr. Willi Berchtold, retired from the board on 31 December 2004 due to a change of job, and had resigned from his office as chairman. Up to now the business of the supervisory board had been managed by the deputy chairman, Dr.-Ing. Wilhelm Wick.
