secunet AG decides to adjust its 2009 year-end accounts and update the financial calendar

[Essen, June 18, 2010] At the meeting of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of secunet Security Networks AG held on June 16, 2010, a decision was made to adjust and review the 2009 year-end accounts and the Group financial statements based on a need for a write-down for the Czech company secunet s.r.o., Prague. As a result, the adjusted and updated 2009 Annual Report and the postponed 2010 3-Month Report are to be published on July 16, 2010. The Annual General Meeting of Security Networks AG, which had also been postponed, is now scheduled to take place on August 25, 2010.
