secunet AG: Change in the Management Board - Dr. Steffen Frischat assumes new responsibilities at parent company G&D

[Essen, 16 May 2006] Dr. Steffen Frischat will leave the management board of secunet Security Networks AG as of 30 June 2006 in order to take up new responsibilities at secunet’s main shareholder and parent company, Giesecke & Devrient GmbH, Munich. Dr. Frischat will fill the position of deputy head of the New Business division and will be responsible for the “Company ID” business line.

Dr. Steffen Frischat has been a member of secunet Security Networks AG’s management board since the merger of Secartis AG and secunet Security Networks AG in 2004. His area of responsibility is the sale of consultancy services. Before joining secunet's management board, he was a member of Secartis AG’s management board.
