Dr Reinhard Warmke completes Supervisory Board of secunet Security Networks AG

[Essen, 19 November 2013] Dr Reinhard Warmke, Head of Corporate Legal Services at Giesecke & Devrient GmbH, Munich, has become the latest member to join the Supervisory Board of secunet Security Networks AG. This makes the Supervisory Board complete once again with a total of six members. The former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr Karsten Ottenberg, resigned from his seat on the Board with effect from 19 July 2013. Dr Warmke has been appointed to the Supervisory Board by court order with effect from 4 November 2013 for the period up until the next Supervisory Board election held at the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
