[Essen, 9 June 2005] secunet Security Networks AG (ISIN DE0007276503, WKN 727650) – On the occasion of the regular annual general meeting of secunet Security Networks AG on 9 June 2005, the management board announces its current forecast regarding the results for the business year 2005.

Revenues amounting to more than € 37 million and an EBIT margin exceeding 7% are expected. Last year the company produced revenues amounting to € 32.4 million and an EBIT margin of 1.5%.
