Ad hoc announcement § 15 WpHG secunet Security Networks AG: Impairment requirement for Czech subsidiary
[Essen/Germany, 26 April 2010] secunet Security Networks AG, Essen, today established an impairment requirement with regard to the holdings and receivables of its subsidiary secunet s.r.o., Prague. The need to carry out impairments came to light during evaluations carried out during the course of a restructuring project for the Group’s Czech subsidiary. Following an initial appraisal, the company expects group earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) to be effected by approximately Euro 3.2 m. More precise figures will be calculated as further examinations are carried out.
