SINA CORE-based systems

After receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the statutory rate. Please note that in the event of a cancellation or no-show on your part, a cancellation fee of € 4200 (plus VAT) will be charged for 5-day courses and € 2.520 (plus VAT) for 3-day courses, if the place reserved for you cannot be filled by another participant. This regulation serves to cover organizational costs incurred as well as the expenses for the provision of the service. We therefore ask you to inform us as soon as possible, if you are unable to attend the training in order to ensure that the place can be filled. There is no entitlement to a replacement.
