Close cooperation in biometrics and eIDs

Since 2004, secunet has been serving as security partner of the Federal Republic of Germany and has been closely cooperating with the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for many years when it comes to biometrics and official documents.

Together with BSI experts, secunet is acutely working on future topics and developing products which are internationally recognised as reference implementation and preferred architectures for the use of biometrics in association with official documents, compliant with modern standards. These include, for example, the Golden Reader Tool (GRT) and secunet biomiddle.
