Annual Auditors

On 11 May 2011 the annual general meeting chose the KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Alfredstraße 277, 45133 Essen, Germany, to serve as the annual auditor and consolidated annual auditor for the financial year 2011.

The general annual meeting also chose the KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Alfredstraße 277, 45133 Essen, Germany, to serve as the annual auditor for a review of the condensed financial statements and of the interim management report as at June 30, 2011.
