Citizen card for the e-government portal

secunet implemented a protected entry point for the e-government portal of the Government of Macao. Authentication in the portal is carried out exclusively via the Macao citizen card, which contains a personal certificate. In this way, every citizen can use the electronic signature to establish identity and conclude legally valid contracts on the Internet. The PKI required for issuing the citizen cards was also built by secunet.
